All materials on the Ricoh E-Store including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, and video clips (“Content”) are owned by RMSB. You cannot use the Content, except as licensed herein. There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks, trademarks and product names found on the Ricoh E-Store. By making them available on this Ricoh E-Store, RMSB is not granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks, trademarks or product names. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws and other intellectual property rights owned by RMSB, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes.
License to use Ricoh E-Store
RMSB grants you a limited licence to view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or other content from the Ricoh E-Store for your own personal use for the purposes of purchasing the products listed in the Ricoh E-Store at the prices indicated, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Redistribute or republish material from this Ricoh E-Store (including by framing or other similar means);
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Ricoh E-Store;
- Show any material from the Ricoh E-Store in public;
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this Ricoh E-Store for a commercial purpose.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Ricoh E-Store in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Ricoh E-Store or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Ricoh E-Store.
You must not use the Ricoh E-Store in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

No warranties
This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. RMSB makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on the Ricoh E-Store.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, RMSB does not warrant that:
- the Ricoh E-Store will be constantly available, or available at all; or
- the information on the Ricoh E-Store is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
Limitations of liability
RMSB will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, Ricoh E-Store :
- l for any direct loss;
- for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
- for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
These limitations of liability apply even if RMSB has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and keep RMSB and all of its directors, servants, employees and agents indemnified against any and all liability and costs (including, without limitation, solicitors fees and court costs), incurred by RMSB in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Ricoh E-Store Terms and Conditions or any of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you.
Rules for Minors (Under Age 18)
The use of Ricoh E-Store is only available to persons whom are capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Contracts Act 1950. If you are under 18, you may only use the Ricoh E-Store through a parent or a guardian, and specifically before you buy anything online.
Internet Security
Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to this Ricoh E-Store may be read or intercepted by others.

The products and services displayed on the Ricoh E-Store are only available for sale and delivery within Malaysia. The reference to such products and services on the Ricoh E-Store does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.
Price
You agree that RMSB does not make any representation as to the accuracy, reliability or veracity of all the prices shown on the Ricoh E-Store. RMSB retains the prerogative to amend the prices at any time as it sees fit.
Method of Purchase
Upon an order for Products listed on the Ricoh E-Store being accepted and authorisation being received from the issuing bank, the Order will be registered by the Ricoh E-Store and a confirmation email will be sent to you, confirming the date , time and details of the product (s) purchased.

Refund Policy
Once an Order has been registered by the Ricoh E-Store and authorisation has been received from the issuing bank and payment has been made, RMSB does not allow any refund. However, in the event that any Order was not registered by the Ricoh E-Store but nonetheless payment has been made, then RMSB will reverse the charges made within 30 days of notification by you to RMSB.
Notification in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Strategic Trade Act 2010
You undertake that you shall comply with the Strategic Trade Act 2010 (“Act”). The Customer shall not use the Products to be supplied by RMSB for any purpose prohibited by the Act.
You shall not use the Products to be supplied by RMSB for the development or the manufacture of weapons for mass destruction such as nuclear, biological or chemical weapons and missiles (“WMD”).
You shall not use, sell, transfer or otherwise make available any Products to be supplied by RMSB to any firm, any corporation and/or any person that are related to the research and development of manufacturing and use of ordinary, nuclear, chemical, biological weapons and/or missile technology. You acknowledge and undertake that you shall not export Products to be supplied by RMSB outside of Malaysia, specifically to the following countries (as stated under Section8 that allows the Malaysian Minister of International Trade and Industry to designate the list of restricted/prohibited countries, from time-to-time) North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan, Congo, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Rwanda, Somalia, Eritrea and Libya.
RMSB’s Right to Change Website Terms and Conditions
RMSB may add to, change, or remove any part of these Ricoh E-Store Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Ricoh E-Store Terms and Conditions or any terms posted on the Ricoh E-Store apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use the Ricoh E-Store after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. Ricoh may add , change, or remove any other Content posted on the Ricoh E-Store including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010)
You acknowledge RICOH (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD’S Notice pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010), details of which can be found on our website at www.ricoh.com.my (About Ricoh). You hereby give consent to RICOH (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD to process the personal data as defined and in manner set out in the PDPA 2010.
Anti-Bribery Act
Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd does not accept any responsibility for misleading or incorrect information provided by a customer/participant regarding the bona fide recipient of the voucher or gift. Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will use the information registered with us to deliver the voucher or gift.
Severability
If a provision in these Ricoh E-Store Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable, that provision must be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable. If it is not possible to read down a provision that provision is severable without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining part of that provision or the other provisions in this Ricoh E-Store Terms and Conditions
Law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia and you hereby waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.
